When our brother died and we had to sell his condo, it was a very difficult time, and the responsibility to sell his property was only one among a long list. We live in another country, and flew in for the personal arrangements, and to initiate the condo sale. We then returned home, and trusted Ivan completely in getting whatever work was needed to prepare the condo for sale.
Ivan listened to our concerns and guided us and kept us informed throughout the process. He even checked on matters that we could not attend to once we had flown home. He was thorough in his research of the relevant market, and I know he worked diligently to get the best price and in a timely manner.
